Natural therapy for eyes

17.06.2014

Summertime is when nature gives us lots of possibilities. There are plants which were created by the nature specifically to take care of our eyes. We would like to encourage you to enjoy summer herbal therapy. The herbs can strengthen and regenerate optic nerves. They also improve visual acuity.

For a long time the eyes have been referred to as the mirror of the soul. Not only do they express our feelings: joy, sadness, rapture and pain but also are seriously affected by those states. The eyes are as vulnerable to stress as any other part of our body. Excessive tension of the nerves may put our eyes in chains of stiff muscles, which may lead to decrease in the quality of our vision – image may seem blurry, wavy and covered with dark spots.

Development of our civilisation does not influence our eyes in any good way. Let’s give our eyes a natural SPA. After all they are mirrors of our souls and our window on the world.
